A guide to the fee structure for services provided by Pioneer Properties and our affiliates is as follows:

Property search and purchase – 3% + VAT of purchase price
(where you have been referred to us by one of our associates this fee may vary)

Legal fees for transfer of title – 0.8% to 2.0% + VAT of purchase price (depending on price)

Company incorporation – c.£700 expenses + c.£2,000 invested capital

Additional services – 10% + VAT of service value

Property management – variable fee, contact us for a full price list

Property rental – variable fee
