Preliminary and main projects
Once the location permit is granted the architect can begin the preliminary project. This contains more specific details about the requirements of the development particularly regarding infrastructure. The architect will commission studies from utility companies to obtain this information.
Following this, work begins on the main project. This is a comprehensive description of the development complete with all building specifications.

Building permit
Following its completion the main project must be submitted to obtain the second stage of building permission known as the building permit. With this permit construction can begin.

Usage permit
Upon completion of construction the development will be inspected by a legal supervisor to ensure that it has been built in line with the specifications laid down in the main project. Once the development passes inspection by the legal supervisor the building(s) will be granted a usage permit. The usage permit is the final permit and it allows the building to be inhabited or sold and application of letting licences for rental can be processed.
